About the Registered Dietitian Role As a Registered Dietitian at Highfield Gardens Care Center, your responsibilities will include: Conducting nutrition assessments and developing personalized dietary plans for our residents Collaborating with our culinary team to create menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents Implementing nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to continually improve our care and service Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care Ideal Candidate We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team.
