Responsibilities:

Assist dietitian in planning, preparing, and serving meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents Maintain accurate records and documentation of meal preparation, consumption, and special requests Participate in menu planning and meal planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance Prepare and serve snacks and special treats as needed Assist with food inventory management and ordering Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Diet Technology or related field 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
