Nutritionists advance the mission of both the Association and the WIC Program by providing high‑quality guidance, promoting breastfeeding, and ensuring families receive the nutrition resources they need to thrive. Nutritionists also complete required documentation accurately and on time, maintain strict participant confidentiality, collect essential program data, and contribute to strengthening services for women, infants, and children in the community. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition.
• Experience relevant to the role of the position.
• Travel Requirements - Ability to meet occasional travel requirements associated with this position. A valid NYS driver's license with the ability to drive and driving record acceptable for Association insurance coverage are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and/or weekends, as appropriate.
• Ability to deliver effective programs, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with staff and partner organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with participants, colleagues, and others.
• Ability to coordinate program activities, including data management, reporting, scheduling, and compliance with funder requirements.
• Proficiency—or ability to learn—Microsoft Office, internet tools, and program related software.
