Clinical Dietitian- Per Diem

Job Details Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' nutritional status and intervening with appropriate medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and/or diet education to improve,
• Maintaining or optimizing nutrition status and documents in the electronic medical record.
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and various committee meetings.
• Assisting in the orientation and training of new employees and participates in clinical education of dietetic interns from clinical affiliates

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, pro-active and customer-service focused
• 2-3 years clinical experience preferred
• Experience with

EPIC/CBORD

preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics required; Master's Degree and/or advanced certification in nutrition preferred
• Must have completed a post graduate supervised, Commission on Dietetics Registration approved dietetic internship program and successfully passed the National Registration Examination for Dietitians to become a Registered Dietitian (RD) This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
