Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian with a valid license in the state of Ohio Previous clinical experience is a must. Proficiency in food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices. Prior experience in nutrition therapy counseling and teaching is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey detailed information to a diverse audience. Capable of accurately recording measurements and readings.

Hours and Compensation:

Full-time position at 0.8 FTE Starting hourly rate of $29, with potential for increase based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.

Responsibilities:

Provide nutrition counseling, develop nutritional care plans, conduct nutritional assessments, and deliver nutrition education programs to a diverse population. Assess the nutritional requirements of patients and formulate individualized nutritional plans. Screen and evaluate patients for nutritional risks. Offer guidance on diet and interactions with food and medication. Participate in Care Conferences to address patient's nutritional needs. Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times. Attend mandatory in-service meetings (e.g., TB testing, safety, HIPAA).
