Responsibilities:

Complete nutrition assessments and follow-up visits Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support quality nutrition care within assigned facilities Provide nutrition education to residents, staff, and facility teams

Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Oklahoma licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) Long-term care experience preferred but not required; training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities across multiple facilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Oklahoma City metro area and surrounding communities

Travel:

This position serves facilities throughout the Oklahoma City market and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement is provided for eligible travel.

Compensation:

$35.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Flexible. Opportunities range from occasional coverage to recurring weekly assignments based on facility needs and dietitian availability.
