Nutritious Lifestyles is searching for a passionate Registered Dietitian, with a positive, "can-do" attitude, great communication and excellent customer service skills. One who is open to in-depth training, is excited to grow professionally and committed to improving the quality of life of residents in long-term care facilities.
Your Role:
Guide residents' nutritional care. Work with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services team. Be a key part of the IDT team. Do thorough nutrition assessments. Document weight, wound, renal & tube-fed residents. Conduct Quality Assurance audits. Administer nutrition focused physical assessments.

Registered Dietitian Required Certification:
A Registered Dietitian License (RDN) -OR- A Oklahoma State Dietitian License (LDN) Provisional License is acceptable
