Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition or Dietetics•[
REQUIRED
] Registered Dietitian Certificate Dietetic internship or approved masters program with qualifying work experience•[
REQUIRED
] 1 year experience in
INPATIENT

REQUIRED
] Must have or be able to obtain an Oregon Food Handler, Food Manager Certification, or ServSafe Certification•[

Responsibilities:
Documents using the Nutrition Care process and standardized languageCommunicates nutrition care plan to appropriate physician or support staff Assists Clinical Nutrition Coordinator in maintenance/revision of diet manual, menus, policy and procedure manual, standards of care,educational materials, and Quality Performance/Improvement data collection Interprets, evaluates and uses pertinent current research relating to nutrition based on current professional standards and throughContinuing Education programs pertinent to areas of practice Completes nutrition therapy to achieve desired patient goals and documents evaluations, daily progress notes, treatment plans, anddischarge summaries within diet manual guidelines, and policy & procedure protocols Participates in nutrition education, orientation and in-service programs for staff, patients, students, and community Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self-Management training for individuals & groups Participates and delivers long-term care and other nutritional services consulting agreements Performs other duties as assigned

$45.00•$55.00 per hour
