Job Description

Heart Spring Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our collaborative, integrative clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about medical nutrition therapy and enjoys working with patients who have complex, multi-layered health needs. You will provide both individualized nutrition care and diagnosis-informed education, supporting patients navigating chronic conditions, metabolic concerns, digestive health issues, and disordered eating patterns. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that values depth, whole-person care, and meaningful patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy Support patients with diagnosed conditions using holistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies Lead diagnosis-informed nutrition education classes (e.g., metabolic health, digestive health, cardiovascular support, disordered eating, weight management) Collaborate closely with naturopathic physicians, acupuncturists, and other providers Document care in the EMR in compliance with clinical and insurance standards Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation when appropriate Contribute educational content to our clinic membership program Our Integrative Model We operate within a trauma-informed, whole-person care model that emphasizes the connection between nutrition, physiology, and the nervous system. Our clinic includes a teaching kitchen for hands-on nutrition education, as well as a gym and movement space for yoga, Qi gong, and mindfulness-based practices. This environment allows dietitians to extend their work beyond one-on-one visits—supporting patients through experiential learning, group education, and collaborative care. Growth & Earning Opportunities In addition to individual visits, this role offers opportunities to expand your impact through group classes, workshops, and nutrition-based programming within our shared spaces. We also offer a clinic membership model that supports ongoing patient engagement and provides an additional revenue stream. As part of our continued growth, we are developing digital programs, creating opportunities to contribute to scalable offerings that can generate passive income over time. Our compensation model is designed to reflect contribution in a meaningful way. As you grow your practice—through patient care, group offerings, and participation in clinic programs—your earning potential grows alongside it. Dietitians who are engaged, collaborative, and motivated have the opportunity to build a dynamic and well-compensated role within the Heart Spring Health model. Qualifications Current RD/RDN credential Credentialed or eligible for credentialing with insurance networks Oregon licensure (if applicable) Experience or strong interest in medical nutrition therapy Comfort teaching group classes related to clinical conditions Active, unrestricted license with no prior disciplinary action Ideal Candidate Qualities Passionate about nutrition and integrative healthcare Enjoys both clinical care and patient education Collaborative and team-oriented Warm, compassionate, and community-minded Comfortable in a busy, engaged clinical environment Interested in growing within a supportive, mission-driven clinic model Why Join Heart Spring Health Focus on patient care while the clinic manages operations (billing, EMR, scheduling, support staff) Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity to teach, create, and expand nutrition programming Access to spaces designed for education and whole-person care Opportunities for additional and passive income through membership and digital programs To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing why you feel aligned with Heart Spring Health to info@heartspringhealth.com . We are looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled, but who is excited to contribute to an evolving, integrative model of care. If that resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.
