We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RD Registered Dietician to join our healthcare team at Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Registered Dietician, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents by developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans. RD Registered Dietician Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for residents Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective implementation of nutrition plans Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and caregivers Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required Participate in food service inspections and quality improvement initiatives
RD Registered Dietician Requirements:
Current Registered Dietician (RD) certification Prior experience in a similar setting preferred Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
