About the
Role:
RDNC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian to join our team in a flexible, part-time hybrid role. This position offers a unique balance of remote work and minimal on-site responsibilities, allowing you to provide high-quality care while maintaining excellent work-life flexibility.

Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule:
8-12 hours per week
Work Model:
75% remote (telehealth)
Onsite Requirement:
1-2 visits per month
Flexibility:
Choose your own days and hours
Compensation:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour (based on experience)
Travel:
Paid at your hourly rate for travel time to/from the facility
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly reviews Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, therapists, etc.) Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and other regulatory standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Monitor resident weights and identify nutrition/hydration concerns Participate in quality improvement initiatives Conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits and recommend improvements Review and approve menus semi-annually to ensure USDA compliance Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Active state licensure/certification (if applicable) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to think critically and manage multiple priorities Experience with EMR/charting systems Familiarity with state survey processes and regulatory compliance
