Role:
RDNC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian to join our team in a flexible, part-time hybrid role. This position offers a great balance of on-site and remote work, allowing you to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining work-life flexibility.Position Details:

Travel:
Paid at your hourly rate for travel time to/from the facilityKey Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly reviews Develop and manage individualized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (physicians, nurses, therapists, etc.) Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and other regulatory standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Monitor resident weights and identify nutrition/hydration concerns Participate in quality improvement initiatives Perform monthly kitchen sanitation audits and recommend improvements Review and approve menus semi-annually to ensure USDA compliance Support additional nutrition-related tasks as neededQualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Active state licensure/certification (if applicable) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to think critically and manage multiple priorities Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/charting systems) Familiarity with state survey processes and regulatory complianceAbout RDNC:
