The NS Group (formerly known as Nutrition Systems) is seeking a Licensed Dietitian Consultant to join out team in the Jackson/Central Mississippi area. We currently have a part-time position available, with the potential to transition to full-time, for an independent contractor. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university Mississippi licensure Must be flexible and able to travel within the area Food safety education and knowledge of food safety and commercial kitchen operations preferred Clinical skills Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Current automobile insurance Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing & federal background screening Ability to work with multiple electronic health records systems

Oral & Written Skills Responsibilities:
Consultant Registered Dietitian will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Document nutritional needs, interventions, and outcomes Assist with the development of care plans Assist in evaluating the Food Service Department and implementation of improvement projects Monitor food service operations to ensure safety, sanitation and quality standards are being met Conduct meal rounds to assess conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance Provide in-service education to staff
Pay:
$30.00 - $42.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 30.0 per week
