$25-$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Private Chef / Nutrition Specialist to assist with meal planning, preparation, and nutrition support for a private client with specific dietary and wellness goals. Responsibilities Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on established dietary requirements Develop weekly meal schedules and meal preparation plans Prepare meals on-site using ingredients and kitchen supplies provided Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment Coordinate meal preparation visits 1-2 times per week Ensure meals align with nutritional guidelines and dietary preferences Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in meal preparation, private chef services, or related culinary work Degree, certification, or coursework in Nutrition, Dietetics, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal planning Experience supporting individuals with Type 1 Diabetes or specialized dietary needs Understanding of glycemic management, carbohydrate tracking, and low-carbohydrate nutrition approaches Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to provide professional references Preferred Experience Registered Dietitian (RD), Nutritionist, Chef certification, or currently pursuing a related degree Experience with performance nutrition, metabolic health, ketogenic or low-carbohydrate meal planning Experience preparing organic, minimally processed meals Dietary Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience preparing meals that meet the following standards: 100% organic ingredients No seed oils Approved cooking fats include olive oil, avocado oil, beef tallow, and A2 butter No added sugars or artificial sweeteners Very low-carbohydrate meal planning High-protein meals utilizing quality protein sources Minimally processed, whole-food ingredients Ingredient Standards Organic, grass-fed and grass-finished meats Organic, pasture-raised eggs Organic dairy products sourced from grass-fed animals, with preference for A2 dairy products Use of natural herbs, spices, and seasonings
Meal Preparation Breakfast:
Simple, nutrient-dense options such as eggs, avocado, and fresh vegetables
Lunch and Dinner:
