The ideal candidate will have a background in nutrition. Fitness is a plus. This role involves assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing care plans, and providing health coaching to support their dietary goals. The Nutritionist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and dietary needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient goals. Provide health coaching to patients, focusing on weight loss, nutrition education, and lifestyle modifications.
