Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | 4 days in office, 1 day remote How you'll make an impact in this role: Deliver medical nutrition therapy as a Licensed Dietitian, assessing nutritional status and implementing evidence-based interventions that improve patient care outcomes. Assess medically complex pediatric patients and develop individualized nutrition plans, including enteral nutrition support, to promote safe and effective treatment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to strengthen care coordination and support high-quality direct patient care. Monitor patient response to nutrition interventions, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes, tolerance, and evolving healthcare needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) to support compliance, continuity of care, and quality improvement initiatives. Lead patient and family nutrition education while addressing care concerns and supporting informed decision-making throughout the treatment journey. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need: Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) upon hire required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required. Inpatient pediatric experience strongly preferred. Life at Ascension:
