Registered Dietitian $3000 Sign on Bonus Come join the team at WeCare Centers ! WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center is actively seeking a committed, Registered Dietitian for our community in Montoursville, PA. Our Dietitian is a responsible to ensure the optimal level of quality care is provided to our residents. You will be at the building 4 days and can work from home 1 day per week. Key Responsibilities Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, and patient rights policies Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Will assist Dietary Manager in all operations of the dietary department as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise At least 1 years' experience in Skilled Nursing Homes or LTC facilities Must be a Registered Dietitian. Knowledgeable with State and Federal DOH rules and regulations for Skilled Nursing Homes Expertise in performing Nutritional Assessments.
