We're seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in Stockton, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dietitian who wants to build meaningful relationships with participants, work closely with an interdisciplinary care team, and make nutrition a central part of whole-person care. You'll have the opportunity to: Build ongoing relationships with seniors and directly see the impact of your work Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers to create holistic care plans Help participants manage chronic conditions through personalized nutrition support Influence care beyond individual counseling through menu development, meal programs, and nutrition operations Work in a supportive environment that values work-life balance and professional growth What We Offer We care deeply about our team members and provide a comprehensive benefits package, including: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive compensation + bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match 17 PTO days annually 12 paid holidays 6 sick days Annual $500 CEU allowance CDR reimbursement Hybrid work schedule Career growth and leadership development opportunities Supportive, mission-driven culture What You'll Do As a Registered Dietitian, you will: Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide nutrition counseling and education to participants and families Participate actively in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings Develop and implement nutrition interventions aligned with participant goals and physician recommendations Oversee menu planning and meal delivery programs to ensure nutritional adequacy and regulatory compliance Monitor food safety and kitchen operations standards Lead, train, and mentor nutrition staff Support participant intake and enrollment processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential required Minimum of 2 years of experience directing nutrition services in a healthcare setting At least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred Experience in geriatric care, chronic disease management, or community-based care strongly preferred Current BLS and First Aid certification required Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for participant-centered, holistic care Compensation Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Salary Range:
$89,552 - $110,204 annually Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
