Registered Dietitian 2510 South Loop 336 West, Conroe, TX 77304 Hybrid work From $35 an hour - Part-time From $35 an hour - Part-time Job Summary Woodlands Family Nutrition Center LLC is an outpatient dietitian private practice located in the rapidly growing area of Conroe, Texas. We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our amazing team! This position will start as a part-time role with the potential to transition to full-time as your customer base grows. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient nutrition counseling and be passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through individualized nutrition interventions. This role will focus on providing comprehensive dietary assessments, developing individualized care plans, and offering lifestyle coaching to promote optimal health outcomes for our patients. Duties Complete thorough nutrition evaluations to assess patients' nutritional needs. Develop and implement personalized care plans that address individual goals, which may include lifestyle changes, weight loss and/or management of chronic diseases. Provide nutrition education and health coaching to patients and their families to encourage healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes through the use of motivational interviewing. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations. Complete documentation in electronic health records in a timely manner. Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics to enhance patient care. Participate in marketing efforts, such as community outreach, and social media engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) as credentialed by Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is required. Active Texas state licensure (LD). Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Strong counseling and motivational interviewing skills. 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian required.
