We are a team-based, relationship-centered practice where clinicians are supported to provide thoughtful, creative, individualized care grounded in the most up-to-date, evidence-based research and clinical best practices. The Role We are seeking a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder care to join our outpatient team.

RDs with 2+ years of eating disorder experience , OR Dietitians who are highly motivated to specialize in ED care and eager to learn This role is ideal for someone who values collaborative care, clinical autonomy within a supportive structure, and meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities Provide outstanding outpatient nutrition counseling for eating disorder patients Conduct assessments and ongoing follow-up sessions per medical necessity Develop individualized, evidence-based nutrition interventions and meal plans Collaborate with therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, and others on the treatment team (including family members, coaches, etc) Maintain accurate documentation in EHR Administrative duties as needed (occasional help with scheduling, etc) Schedule Flexible part-time schedule Expected caseload: 8-15 clinical hours/week Up to 2 hours/week administrative time Primarily telehealth with occasional in-person sessions Schedule coordinated based on clinician availability and client needs Compensation & Benefits $40-48/hour clinical sessions (based on experience) Up to 2 additional hours per week at administrative rate (charting, care coordination, meetings, etc) Malpractice insurance provided EHR + documentation tools provided AI-assisted note support provided Collaborative & positive team environment Referral incentives for self-generated clients Continuing education opportunities Ideal Candidate Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active credential (required) Current RD License in Nevada (or willing to obtain by hire date) Experience in eating disorder treatment or strong passion to specialize in ED care Familiarity with evidence-based, weight-inclusive ED care approaches Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team Organized and able to manage variable caseloads Telehealth competent
Preferred:
