OdomRD Dietitian Consultants is growing and looking for a Registered Dietitian who values flexibility, autonomy, and a strong support system . This hybrid role (50% remote) allows you to balance onsite patient care in the Abilene area with work-from-home documentation —all with no nights, weekends, or holidays . What You'll Do Provide clinical nutrition care in skilled nursing and long-term care/rehab facilities Oversee a small group of facilities in the Abilene region Complete assessments, care plans, and EMR documentation Participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings Monitor and manage: Wounds, renal disease, weight changes, enteral nutrition Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy, and dietary teams Support QA/QAPI and quality improvement initiatives What to Expect 32 hours/week with flexible scheduling Hybrid structure : onsite visits + remote charting Local travel only (short distances) Mileage reimbursement provided No nights, weekends, or holidays What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or RD-eligible Active Texas license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and time-management skills Comfortable working independently Long-term care experience preferred (but training provided ) Compensation & Perks Competitive pay + sign-on bonus $$ Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance Mileage reimbursement Supportive RD-to-RD mentorship Growth opportunities within a dietitian-led company About OdomRD OdomRD Dietitian Consultants provides clinical nutrition services across Texas.
