Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a CAQH Profile Join our thriving private practice dedicated to helping clients transform their health and their relationship with food. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Dietitian to join our growing team, with a strong interest in bariatric nutrition—both pre- and post-surgical care—as well as preventive and therapeutic nutrition for conditions including (but not limited to) diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and heart disease. About the Role You will provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition counseling to clients navigating weight loss surgery, metabolic health challenges, and chronic disease management. Our practice offers a flexible schedule, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established private practice. Responsibilities
Conduct virtual and in-person nutrition consultations (option for fully virtual)
Develop personalized pre- and post-bariatric meal plans and educational resources
Support clients with behavior change, mindful eating, and long-term success strategies
Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation and provide follow-up care Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required with an
ACTIVE CAQH
profile
Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
Experience or strong interest in bariatric and weight management nutrition
Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills
Self-motivated, empathetic, and professional
