Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, tailored nutrition interventions, and ongoing education. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify dietary needs Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on health goals such as weight loss, disease management, or recovery Provide expert guidance on specialized nutrition therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate nutrition strategies into overall patient care.
