Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Kavere Services Inc. In this vital role, you will provide expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized care plans, and support patients in a behavioral health based residential treatment setting. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, tailored nutrition interventions, and ongoing education. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify dietary needs Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on health goals such as weight loss, disease management, or recovery Provide expert guidance on specialized nutrition therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate nutrition strategies into overall patient care. Educate patients and staff on proper dietary practices, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching techniques Skills Extensive knowledge of physiology related to nutrition and dietetics principles Proficiency in conducting patient assessments for diverse populations with complex health conditions including individuals with developmental disabilities Skilled in creating comprehensive care plans that incorporate weight management, disease-specific nutrition therapy, and dietary modifications Excellent communication skills for health coaching and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes
Pay:
$75.00 - $100.00 per hour
