This job is 2 days in-person. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to become a CDCES or is one already.

What we are looking for:

RD who is seeking to join a fun, fast-paced, upbeat nutrition private practice.

• - RD interested in taking a root cause approach to nutrition Our practice sees clients with diabetes, PCOS, gut health hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and weight management.

Education/Experience:

• Licensed or certified as a dietitian or nutritional professional in the state of

Maryland Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct nutrition assessment and obtain nutrition history from a variety of patients.
• Counsel patients in both one-on-one settings as well as in groups.
• Formulate menus for therapeutic diets based on the medical and physical condition of patients.
• Schedule follow-up for patients visits using the company's HIPAA compliant cloud-based scheduling system.
• Effectively document patient visits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Wage will commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Explain the effects that various foods can have on one's overall health.
• Advise patients on how to improve their diet.
• Recommend changes to diet based on medical conditions and health problems.
• Provide nutrition information to physicians and nurses.
• Work with patients on an individual basis to help them achieve their dietary goals.

Job Type:

Part-time or full-time hours -20 to 40 hours. Available for in-person required.
