We're seeking Registered Dietitians (RD/RDNs) who are organized, dependable, and passionate about improving patients' nutrition and quality of life. What You'll Do Working in skilled nursing isn't what people often think, it's actually a great balance of having flexibility in your schedule and seeing a wide variety of patients of all ages. The schedule is flexible, and you have control over how you organize your time and complete assessments. It's a nice environment if you like using your clinical skills without the stress of a hospital setting.Your responsibilities include:
Complete nutrition assessments for new admissions and annuals Monitor significant weight changes and help set weight goals Conduct monthly follow-ups for residents with dialysis, tube feedings or wounds Provide diet education and counseling as needed (materials provided) Collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes This position offers self-management, flexibility, and a supportive environment that values both patient care and your professional well-being.
