In this fully remote role, you will provide personalized nutrition care through virtual consultations, focusing on reviewing patient lab results, health history & physical (H&P), and developing customized meal plans. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation Structure Initial Consultation:

$75 per visit

Follow-Up Visits:

$50 per visit (every 3 months or as needed) Duties Conduct telehealth consultations with patients via secure virtual platforms. Review patient lab results, medical records, and H&P to assess nutritional needs. Develop individualized meal plans based on each patient's medical conditions, lab findings, and health goals. Provide clear, actionable dietary recommendations to support disease management and overall wellness. Perform periodic follow-ups (every 3 months or as needed) to reassess progress and update meal plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems. Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Requirements Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalent certification preferred (based on state requirements). Experience reviewing labs and medical histories to guide nutrition planning. Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy. Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms. Proficiency in EMR systems and remote documentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible remote schedule. Strong attention to detail and ability to create personalized, goal-oriented meal plans.
