This is a unique opportunity to practice nutrition in a relationship-based, whole-person care model—where you have the time, support, and autonomy to truly help patients create meaningful, lasting change. You will be mentored and supported by an experienced clinical team with deep roots in family and functional medicine. Position Overview As our nutrition expert, you will play a key role in guiding patients toward sustainable, personalized health outcomes. Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT), assessments, and follow-up care Support patients with chronic conditions (diabetes, obesity, hypertension, GI concerns, etc.) Guide behavior change through practical, lifestyle-based coaching Collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams Offer functional and integrative nutrition perspectives when appropriate Lead group visits, workshops, or educational sessions Contribute to patient education materials and content development

Requirements:
