Job Description
Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located in Easley, S.C. just moments away from downtown Greenville. A culture rooted in treating you with value and respect Successful candidates will have the following: Food and Nutrition degree Completion of an accredited internship 1-year experience in a clinical care setting Experience with the dietary portion of MDS assessments on residents Your day to day: As our Registered Dietician, you'll complete nutritional initial, quarterly, annual and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines. Assist in coordination of nutrition care services with Dietary Supervisor. Complete nutritional reviews monthly on high-risk residents (significant weight loss/gain, pressure ulcer, hemodialysis, and tube fed) We are an equal opportunity employer.
