Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' nutritional status, including new admissions and those at risk Develop, implement, and document individualized nutrition care plans Review diet orders and monitor residents for nutritional risk Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy, and culinary services Maintain accurate documentation and report resident concerns Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, rounds, and discharge planning Monitor staff adherence to policies and support quality improvements Generate reports and evaluate operational efficiency Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, sanitation, and safety standards Uphold HIPAA, infection control, and OSHA requirements Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree Registered Dietitian Management/supervisory experience as a Registered Dietitian Proficiency in Microsoft software programs Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and team management skillsPreferred Qualifications:
