Duration:
Approximately 5 months (initial 3-month assignment with an optional 8-10 week extension) Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in long-term care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health settings in the Knoxville, TN area. Additional opportunities may be available following the interim assignment, if desired. Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Complete onsite visits during weekday business hours Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Strong organizational and time-management skills Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location Continuing education opportunities Employee discount program Flexible schedule Potential for ongoing opportunities Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening
