As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious meals and personalized dietary guidance to support the health and well-being of our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals. About the Role As a Registered Dietitian at Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for: Conducting dietary assessments and developing personalized meal plans for our residents Providing education and guidance to our residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition and healthy eating habits Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure that our residents' dietary needs are met and that our meals are of the highest quality Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics Responsibilities Conduct dietary assessments and develop personalized meal plans for residents Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition and healthy eating habits Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident dietary needs are met and meals are of high quality Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress Requirements Registered Dietitian degree from accredited program Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Minimum 0 years of experience in dietetics or related field Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
