Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in endocrine and renal nutrition and a passion for guiding patients through lifestyle changes that complement their medical treatments.. This role is crucial in promoting health and wellness through effective dietary strategies, particularly focusing on weight loss, blood glucose control and overall nutritional health. Responsibilities Conduct individualized nutrition assessments for patients with diabetes Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans emphasizing lifestyle modifications Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate dietary strategies into overall treatment plans Educate patients on meal planning, nutrient management, and healthy eating habits Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed Stay updated on current research and best practices in endocrine and renal nutrition Experience Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong understanding of diabetes nutritional management Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Preferences Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or willingness to be certified preferred Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Join our team as a Clinical Dietitian where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through effective nutritional guidance and support.
