POSITION SUMMARY

Provides direct medical nutrition therapy for hospitalized patients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assess nutrition status of patients with moderate to complex medical condition. Mange nutrition plan of care with moderate to complex medical condition. Provides nutritional counseling. Integrates data to provide medical nutrition therapy for patients with moderate to complex medical conditions. Other duties as assigned.

Medical/surgical conditions and diseases cardiovascular, neuro, GI, renal, immunocompromised including but not limited to: CHF, CAD, CVA/TIA, metabolic disorders, oncology, COPD, malnourished, etc What qualifications you will need: Licensed Dietician Commission Dietetic Registration Bachelors Degree Del Sol Medical Center is a full service, acute-care hospital in east El Paso, Texas.
