PRIMARY PURPOSE
Direct and manage the Child Nutrition program and supervise district Child Nutrition operations. Plan and implement programs that meet regulatory and nutritional requirements for students, promote development of sound nutritional practices, and maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition American Dietetic Association Register Licensed to practice by State of Texas
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and appliances used in food preparation Ability to supervise personnel Ability to manage budget Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding food preparation and service Knowledge of Child Nutrition Program regulations
Experience:
Five years experience in school Child Nutrition

$90,684 to $131,852 Per Year Job Requirements Bachelor degree preferred.
