Registered Dietitian

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Provide comprehensive nutrition counseling and education to individuals and groups, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Monitor patients' progress closely, making necessary adjustments to diet plans to meet regulatory requirements and ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition, integrating new knowledge into practice as applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Willingly undertake additional assignments as assigned and demonstrate flexibility in tasks.
• Adhere strictly to established rules and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Licensed Dietitian or provisional Licensed Dietitian (PLD) with credentials up to date.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations of patients' nutritional status to inform appropriate interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
