Join our team as an Outpatient Dietitian, where your expertise will empower patients to achieve their nutritional goals and improve their overall well-being. We welcome new dietitians, dietitians juggling parenthood and work, as well as dietitians wanting to come back to the workforce after parental leave. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized nutrition care plans, and provide expert guidance.

Conditions we see include:

General nutrition, weight management, eating disorders, gastrointestinal health, diabetes, kidney disease, and women's health. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify dietary needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's health conditions. Educate patients on healthy eating habits, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching techniques to foster sustainable behavior change. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Document patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed records of treatment plans. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, nutrition science, and dietetics principles applicable to outpatient settings. Experience with health coaching techniques that motivate behavioral change.
