Required Credentials:

Bachelor's degree with Commission on Dietetic Registration if registered before 12/31/2023 (Required) or Master's degree with Commission on Dietetic Registration if registered after 12/31/2023 (Required) Government issued photo ID required. Current BLS required. AHA, ARC, Military & American Safety & Health Institute.

Preferred Credentials:

Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
