Within the first year, you will: Improve continuity of care through reliable, patient-centered nutrition services Deliver assessments and interventions that support patient health and recovery Independently manage a clinical caseload with consistent, timely nutrition care Build strong partnerships with interdisciplinary treatment teams across wards Adapt to varying unit needs and provide coverage during staff absences Contribute to a stable and collaborative dietetics team environment Engage effectively with patients in a behavioral health setting You work within a small, team-oriented group of dietitians at Eastern State Hospital, partnering closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams. Who Should Apply You may be a strong fit if you: Are a Registered Dietitian certified with Washington state Have experience providing clinical nutrition care Are comfortable working in a structured healthcare or institutional setting Value a consistent schedule and team-based environment Some of What You Will Do Manage a clinical caseload, delivering nutrition assessments and care plans Document and track patient progress in accordance with clinical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to align care plans Adjust caseload priorities based on patient needs and unit demands Provide coverage for other dietitians during extended absences Maintain consistent, high-quality care across multiple wards What We're Looking For -
