293372699 Job Description Description Under the supervision of the Manager Clinical Nutrition PHC, the Dietitian serves as a vital member of the health care team. In doing so, performs the nutritional assessment, nutrition care plan, ongoing monitoring, reassessment, and nutrition education for patients of all ages, where the need has been identified. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) accredited college/program Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire- OR•Washington Nutritionist Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire National CDR Registered Dietitian•Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
