What You'll Do:

Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations Lead, coach, and inspire nursing staff across all shifts Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care Assist with care planning, audits, and clinical initiatives Help drive a positive, team‑focused culture throughout the facility Serve as a resource, problem-solver, and role model for clinical excellence

What We're Looking For:
