Managing a nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, CNA's and CMA's Developing, reviewing, and staff scheduling Communicating with nurses, physicians, specialists, and other care team professionals. Interacting compassionately and effectively with residents and family members Demonstrating willingness to work beyond normal working hours and assist in other positions when necessary.
