ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING, RN GREAT BENEFITS

Salary Range Based on Experience Long term Care/Skilled nursing facility in Jonesboro is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to help provide leadership and guidance to our compassionate team of caregivers. Successful applicants are looking for a unique, challenging, and rewarding opportunity to make a difference. Organization, time management, and the ability to triage situations as they arise are just some of the skills desired. Duties include but not limited to: Supervising all nursing staff Reporting to higher management in the healthcare facilities Maintaining high standards of care for all patients Managing patients' data and medical records as confidential records Communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health Recruiting, training and onboarding new nursing staff Providing ongoing education classes Implementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies Scheduling/Call All applicants must have an active RN license in order to be considered for this position.
