Summary of Job Duties:

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Integrated Clinical Enterprise (ICE) is an integral part of Nursing Service Line (NRSL). This position provides clinical leadership, direction and decision making for the hospital as it relates to timely and appropriate clinical care. The ADON works collaboratively with Administration, clinical staff and various departments and services to facilitate clinical care activities. This includes patient flow and nurse staffing. The ADON will ensure that clinical operations are efficient, integrated and highly oriented to providing a positive patient experience. The ADON supports and enhances relationships with all stakeholder groups, especially employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or have plans to complete this within 3 years) 5 or more years of Registered Nursing experience 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity Valid RN License Strong work ethics and accountability Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills.
