Your Role:
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in supervising and mentoring nursing staff. Provide hands-on care and oversight to ensure resident well-being. Help organize, develop, and direct nursing operations in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where excellence is the standard. Ability to be on-call.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Arkansas (must be in good standing). 1+ years of Nurse Manager or leadership experience (preferred). 1+ years of Long-Term Care experience (preferred).
