As Director of Nursing, you'll guide our Nursing Services Department with confidence and compassion, while bringing our Platinum Service® philosophy to life for residents, families, and staff. What You'll Do Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership for all nursing services to ensure exceptional quality of care Plan, organize, and direct nursing operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Lead a strong clinical team within a stable, well‑established care environment Partner closely with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary leadership team to drive continuous improvement Mentor, develop, and support nursing leaders and frontline staff Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and resident‑centered care Ensure outstanding resident and family satisfaction through service excellence

What You Bring Knowledge & Skills Strong clinical leadership with sound judgment and independent decision‑making Professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, staff, and partners Comfort working with medically complex and post‑acute populations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems Education & Experience Current, active, unencumbered RN license in the state Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, transitional care, or long‑term care Demonstrated leadership experience with direct supervisory responsibility Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards Leadership Responsibility This role includes direct supervision of nursing staff and requires a visible, engaged, and supportive leadership style .
