This role supports the Director of Nursing with overseeing clinical operations, nursing staff support, compliance, and quality resident care. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the DON with daily nursing department operations Supporting and supervising nursing staff Helping ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Assisting with clinical audits, documentation, and care planning Supporting infection control and quality improvement initiatives Participating in staff education, coaching, and leadership support Helping maintain strong clinical standards and positive team culture

Qualifications:
