This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, staff management, patient care, regulatory compliance, and departmental performance while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead daily nursing operations and oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow. Manage departmental budgets, payroll, and supply chain operations. Hire, mentor, evaluate, and develop nursing staff. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO), CMS, HIPAA, and hospital policies. Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes. Qualifications Active Arizona RN license. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field required; MSN preferred . 5+ years of nursing management experience in an acute care hospital. 3+ years of supervisory experience.
