Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department and help us deliver outstanding resident care. Relocation available for the right person! Responsibilities Provide overall clinical leadership and direction for the nursing department Ensure high standards of quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance Develop, implement, and update nursing policies, procedures, and best practices Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff; promote a positive, team-focused culture Oversee staffing patterns, scheduling, and daily workflow to ensure adequate coverage Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other departments to coordinate care Monitor resident outcomes, incident reports, and quality indicators, and lead improvement initiatives Participate in care plan meetings, audits, and surveys; respond to survey findings and implement plans of correction Manage nursing budget, supplies, and resources efficiently Serve as a role model for professionalism, ethical practice, and resident-centered care Qualifications Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Experience in long-term care / skilled nursingstrongly preferred Knowledge of state and federal]regulations, standards of practice, and survey processes Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust, coach staff, and foster a culture of accountability and respect Computer proficiency and comfort with electronic health records (EHR) What We Offer Competitive salary: commensurate with experience

$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
