Director of Nursing (RN) - Skilled Nursing Confidential Tucson, AZ 85737 Full-time Full-time We are seeking a strong Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations in a skilled nursing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, clinical quality, and operational consistency. Responsibilities Oversee all nursing operations including staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness Drive quality measures, audits, and performance improvement initiatives Partner with leadership team on census, admissions, and overall operations Implement structure, accountability, and efficient clinical workflows Qualifications Active RN license in Arizona Previous DON experience preferred, open to experienced ADON ready to step up Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with surveys, compliance, and clinical systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Full benefits package
