Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support and strengthen our nursing leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to quality resident care in a facility known for its supportive and collaborative environment .

$90,000
  • $115,000 annually (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies Assist with staffing, training, and performance evaluations Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Step into the role of DON as needed ✅
Qualifications:
